You can come to Quang Ninh at any time of the year. But the best time to visit Quang Ninh is in the summer from April to October because the weather is very nice, the sea is clear, and the wind is cool. Winter here is usually very cold starting from November to 3 years later. I came to Ha Long on an October morning, the sunny weather was very convenient for sightseeing.

I started from Hanoi to Quang Ninh by car for about 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes (156 km). In addition, you can move to Quang Ninh by many different means depending on your wishes. For those of you from the Central or the South to Ha Long, you can choose to fly into Hanoi and then take the bus to Ha Long.
Train: if you want to travel by train to Quang Ninh, you will stop at Yen Vien station or Ha Long station. Although traveling by train takes a long time, it will save money.
Car: bus routes departing from Hanoi to Quang Ninh are usually gathered at My Dinh bus station. You can choose to use the service in a reputable garage.
Motorbike: if you are near, you can move by motorbike to be autonomous in traveling (usually it takes about 3 hours to 3 hours 30 minutes depending on the route you go).

I had a chance to visit Ha Long Bay. Here, you can choose your own route to visit according to your preferences. I was transported by boat from the Port and had lunch on the boat. I went to Route 2: Harbor - Cave park including Soi Sim beach, Ti Top island, Sung Sot cave, Me Labyrinth cave, Bo Nau cave, Luon cave, Trong cave, Trinh Nu cave, Ho cave Tien Cave.
Here, I have a chance to visit the very beautiful caves that nature has endowed with this place. You will be introduced to a guide at the demonstration site if you want to hire an on-site guide.
