Regarding the Termination of Employment Contracts for 3 Employees
Over the past period, Asia Cooperative has received numerous complaints and conducted an internal review of several personnel. The review process revealed several serious violations of the Cooperative's regulations, including:
Collusion to form an independent organization operating under the name of the Cooperative, affecting overall management order.
Illegal exploitation and use of drivers' personal information/IDs contrary to internal confidentiality regulations.
Disseminating inaccurate information causing misunderstandings among the driver community regarding the Cooperative's operations.
Unauthorized impersonation of a branch or representative of the Cooperative.
The above issues have negatively impacted the image, reputation, and overall operations of Asia Cooperative.
To ensure the image, reputation, and quality of Asia Cooperative's operations, the Cooperative's leadership has conducted an internal review according to standard management procedures. Based on the review results, Asia Cooperative has decided to terminate the employment contracts of three employees:
Nguyen Thi My Dung
Ly Thuy Thuy Lieu
Ho Ngoc Duc
This decision was made to strengthen professionalism in management, enhance discipline in service operations, and ensure a transparent working environment consistent with the cooperative's core values.
