Phu Quoc Travel Experience

Today, our group will continue their trip to Phu Quoc.
When is the most appropriate time?
Our group left at the end of November of the last lunar month. But the most appropriate time to travel to Phu Quoc Island is from September to March of the lunar calendar every year. During this period of time, the weather is less rainy, the sea waves are calm, convenient for traveling by boat from Rach Gia to Phu Quoc.
According to some necessary Phu Quoc travel experiences, during this period the number of tourists coming to Phu Quoc Island is much lower than in summer. Therefore, you will save money when traveling to Phu Quoc Island on train tickets, air tickets, or rent hotels, and cheap and quality motels in Phu Quoc, especially since you will enjoy food and drink services. and the restaurant in Phu Quoc is delicious and cheap.
Tourist season in Phu Quoc is from late October to March next year. Around this time, the number of customers is often very crowded and hotels, food, and drink services increase, and prices are expensive. Therefore, you should consider and choose for yourself the most appropriate travel time.
Transport
Our team chose Aircraft as the means to Phu Quoc. Vietnam Airlines flight, starting from Cam Ranh International Airport (13:40) to Phu Quoc Airport (17:15).
After arriving in Phu Quoc, my group rented a motorbike to move to tourist destinations (VND 100,000 / day, rent for 3 days).
Attractive tourist spots
Evening (1st day): At 18:00 we check in at Muong Thanh Phu Quoc hotel. After that, the group went to Phu Quoc Night Market - enjoy the specialties here. Having come here without testing the specialties was a shortcoming. All the dishes were delicious, we promptly enjoyed them. The unique flavor of Phu Quoc is hard to forget. When you come here, don't forget to buy souvenirs for your loved ones !!! The price is also reasonable if you can pay the price.

Walking around the Night market, taking pictures, visiting, and eating the unique dishes here. We all feel satisfied and comfortable.
At 23:00, the group returned to the hotel to rest.
Morning (1st day): 6:30 we have a buffet breakfast at the hotel. Today, our group will explore the South Island of Phu Quoc together.
The first stop is Bai Sao. It takes about 30 minutes from the hotel to Sao Beach by motorbike at 8:00 am.
Phu Quoc tourism has always been famous for its beautiful beaches. Which, the most prominent is Sao Beach with a long stretch of white sand, and tall green coconut trees on the coast with a crescent shape. This place is like a real paradise in Phu Quoc. With this beautiful landscape, we feel surprised and enjoy visiting, and taking pictures with friends. It will be an unforgettable memory.
At 9:00, temporarily breaking up with Sao Beach, we continue to go to Phu Quoc Prison. It only takes 10 minutes to reach Phu Quoc Prison.
The ticket price here is very cheap, only 40,000 VND / per person. Coming to Phu Quoc prison, you will see with your own eyes the brutal works and the worst suffering that people have to endure. Thereby, we, even more, admire the spirit of indomitable resilience and patriotism of the soldiers who fell here. Since then, we feel even more responsible for the task of building and defending today's country, the unified independence that his father had to exchange with his blood. Our group hired tour guides here. in order to better understand the process that the soldiers suffered.

Because we want to learn about this place carefully, it took us a lot of time but it was very useful for our studies. After the tour, learning about Phu Quoc Prison is finished. At 12h00, we moved to Xin Chao Restaurant, which takes 30 minutes.
Afternoon (1st day): 14h00, we move to the Suoi Tranh tourist area, it takes 10 minutes. One of the most ideal places to see the forest in Phu Quoc is the Suoi Tranh tourist area with a poetic and charming Tranh stream. Tranh Stream is about 15km long, composed of small streams on Ham Ninh mountain, weaving under the forest canopies, and mossy rock rapids creating an overall beautiful natural picture in Phu Quoc.
With only the ticket price of 10,000 VND / person (parking fee included), you can explore Suoi Tranh. cool water. The rocks along the stream covered with green moss have attractive wild beauty but are also a challenge for those who want to overcome them because they are quite slippery. So you should consider carefully first
